Manufacturing & Quality

Manufacturing Practices That Put Product Quality First

Learn about our manufacturing approach, production processes, and the quality information available for our cold-pressed edible oils.

The Process

From Oilseed to Finished Product

A clear, sequential view of the stages our oils pass through. The exact stages applied depend on the product and the requirements agreed with the buyer.

01

Raw Material Selection

Assorted raw oilseeds selected for pressing

Sourcing of oilseeds from which our cold-pressed oils are produced, with attention to suitable raw material for each product.

02

Inspection & Preparation

Oilseeds being inspected and sorted on a clean surface

Seeds are inspected and prepared before pressing, helping remove unsuitable material and support consistent handling.

03

Cold-Press Extraction

Golden oil being pressed from oilseeds in a mechanical press

Oil is extracted mechanically without the use of chemical solvents, retaining the natural character of the seed.

04

Filtration or Settling

Golden oil being filtered through stainless steel equipment

Where applicable, the extracted oil is filtered or allowed to settle to produce a clearer finished product.

05

Finished-Product Checks

Finished cold-pressed oil ready for quality checks

Finished oil is checked before packaging. Where available, product documentation can be shared with buyers on request.

06

Packaging

Finished oil being bottled on a clean packaging line

Oil is packed into food-grade bottles, tins or drums. Packaging formats and sizes are confirmed with the buyer.

07

Storage & Dispatch Preparation

Pallets of boxed oil prepared for export shipment in a warehouse

Packed product is stored under appropriate conditions and prepared for dispatch in line with the agreed order.

Note: cold-pressed oil may undergo settling or filtration. We do not claim that oil is never processed in any way unless the precise production method for a product supports that statement.
